Counselling For Children

For Children, my play therapy office offers a safe place to work through issues in which they feel stuck. Art, drama, story telling, and sand world are some of the techniques used. Adults find my Kelowna and Lake Country offices comfortable, safe and directed at achieving the progress they desire. EMDR, TIR, Narrative Therapy, Brief Therapy, CBT are found to be effective strategies in growth and change. There a variety of other techniques used as appropriate.

Clients direct the goals, agree on the outcomes expected and use homework to support the process. My hours are flexible and phone calls are welcome. Contact me today!
